This service is intended to prospect leads who meet our clients’ required profile through a Virtual Assistant. The main objective is to increase sales activity for our clients scheduling appointments for visits, calls or conferences so their sales representatives can offer their products and services to the decision makers. Information of these leads/opportunities are registered onto a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com) for its follow-up and tracking. This is accomplished through the use of customized mass e-mail templates, databases and cold prospecting of leads in conjunction with specialized landing pages to capture relevant leads contact information. In addition, the Virtual Assistant can perform post-event surveys to find out the satisfaction level with the sales representative and value proposition.

We have worked with media agencies to provide pacing reports. Our team consolidates the information pulled from the different ad servers into one report that allows campaign managers to easily visualize their campaign’s performance. We have worked with Doubleclick, Sizmek, Videology, Comscore among other ad servers. Offloading the pacing reporting to our team has allowed the campaign managers to focus on their area of expertise.

Our extensive experience with online media advertising has allowed us to create a QA process that certifies that the data is accurate. Along with a high accuracy rate, our QA has allowed us to identify discrepancies within the delivered vs. expected goals; therefore, providing added value to our clients.

Compliance monitoring is the quality assurance testing carried out over the day to day activities of the business. This mainly means that we check web pages to make sure that they comply with the client’s requirements. This includes making sure that certain terms the client doesn’t want to be associated with (because of the company’s policy or of legal regulations) are on the page related to their brand, making sure that certain disclaimers are on the page and are complete, checking on false promises and guarantees and checking if advertisements of certain brands are not on a page where the client’s name is published.

  • URLs provided by Client 
    • Periodically the client provides us with a list of URLs (and/or domains) and a list of banned and required terms we need to check on.
  • Using crawler software
    • Based on a list of client’s brands and a list with banned and required violation terms the crawler explores the internet for websites with potential violations.
  • Path searching
    • As violations often don’t (just) appear on the primary landing page but often after clicking on links, sometimes even various times, we are using path searching methods to find these kinds of violations. This can be done by using a list of landing pages the client provides and following a path by clicking on links or by using a search engine like Google and look for a combination of banned terms and brands.
